“ Back in 1997, I worked in a government building downtown as a security guard. Not the most glamorous job, but it had it moments. I was a curious type always snooping for stuff here and there. When the Internet was born, I played on every computer I could find. Learned how to hack a bit you might say. One day while I was bored I looked up cults, I wanted to know how people were mind controlled. I stumbled on the some old case studies or university thesis papers about the experiments of Project 10 that were done to children in various foster homes in the 80’s to early 90’s. I searched more online about it, I came across some very scary stuff. I sought counsellings from a spiritual teacher, under hypnosis I remembered. Some children were taken to an old farm house, it could not have been more than a couple of hours away. Where unspeakable experiments were done, the kids were left with emotional scars that were covered up by occult stories told to them by their foster parents. This made the kids very unbelievable to any older people who might have gotten curious, or stumbled across something in counseling them. Repressed memories she called them. Even after these counsellings sessions, I never was completely convinced until later on when I met people in high school. People who said they group up in foster homes with stories about ‘ old houses ‘ where children went to play bad games. I wasn’t a foster kid, but I knew several of them. When I discovered these papers, allot of these ‘repressed’ memories came out again. I even sought the help of a catholic exorcist, to no avail he didn’t want to help. The stories it would seem were to unbelievable to be true. I later discovered that some of them called themselves ‘ the family ‘; and not the religious group world wide church of god either, these were very bad people who believed strangely in the apocalypse. But they wanted it to arrive. They sold the churches movies about the end of the world, and scared children into believing they were going to hell. That their parents and everyone would be gone, while they were left behind during the rapture. This was all part of the programming. Although, some of it I’m sure was not ever meant to be remembered it just came out by accident. I will tell you one strange thing that makes this cult different from any other, the worked out of the basements of churches. They would rent them. They were not church people. In my opinion they were wolves in sheep's clothing as the pastor would say. I don’t know if you will remember the hysteria of that time period in christian circles. Stories of witch craft ceremonies ran rampant as various supposed escapees from the cults were revealed on television and radio talk shows. The experiments always included 10 people, they studied every aspect of the subjects lives over the period of 10 years. They wanted to see if some people, if put into specific traumatic circumstances would react. A sick game, a psychology experiment a test to see who was right in psychology circles maybe. Telling you this story could put my life at risk again, that’s why I will never reveal to you my real name. Perhaps, I have some of it wrong, maybe large parts I’m not entirely certain. But from what I can put together it had to do with various philosophies, but was some kind of offshoot of the Zarathustrian principles of the super soldier. Many stories have been told recently about similar interconnected conspiracies, some of the more notable ones were The Nowhere Man and Alias. The whole idea is to shift your thinking, so even should you believe some of these people’s stories. You won’t believe them all, they’ll be to far fetched. And I agree, some people are just crazy. But I also believe some people were made crazy, and others were made successful. Remember the movie The Skulls? The secret society that had all the money. That secretly made all the rules. They had a branch, albeit a bad offshoot branch that centered around the science of proving god was dead to them. They were the first to be involved with animal ritual torture. They were the first to experiment in human breeding experiments with animals, and with their own children. Some really sick people. They, the infamous they controlled allot of things. Not so much now, which is why I felt safe enough to write this. I want to know if the stories are real. If the sanctum of sacrifice really existed. If the children were really made to run in the field that day, with the dogs chasing them. I want to know. Were there really kidnappings? What really happened to all the kids in the missing posters at the post office? Someone told me to forget about this, so I have tried. It looks like for 10 years I tried to forget all of it. Then I saw this movie The Number 23, the guy gets obsessed over numbers. But the memories lead him to remember who he was in the past. Even though, he doesn’t want to remember who he was. The difference here is I actually don’t know the truth. Someone followed my friend home back when I was a security guard, the vehicle was a black van with a tear drop window. It started as a joke, I wanted to poke fun at the movie 23 and promote my Heroes blog. If you haven't seen the movie then you won't understand this blog, or the point of the email. It's about a guy who gets obsessed with numbers. And can't let it go. This continues until he goes crazy. I decided to find out what my number was. My number is 10. My wife's number is 10. My friends name is 10. My work address is 10. My bus number is 10. My zodiac sign in the 10th house. My tarot card is 10. My birthday is 10. Coincidence maybe, but how can the number 10 be related to so many things in one person's life? It started as a viral email.. one of those fwd fwd ones. But its not funny anymore. To tell you the truth I'm a bit scared by it all.

The cycle repeats itself; ten is the point after which the numbers become new again. revealed in this way, ten denotes the perfection of numbers. I also saw that ten was the final number. It will lead to itself: one plus zero equals one, to lead the number back to the one reading this message: you. One is the cycle's beginning so the responsibility comes to you now. And begins with you now. Nine implies ruin but ten implies completeness of order, nothing lacking and Nothing left over. It signifies that the cycle is complete, that everything is in its proper order. And ten is the number that represents the perfection of divine order. The significance of the number 10

The number 10, where does it come up? What is the significance? Well spiritually, we have the 10 Commandments right? You probably should occasionally look at them. The 10th commandment in Christianity is "Thou shalt not covet". What is should not be coveted is up for some debate among scholars.

Islam has a 10th commandment? (sort of) : "Do not be arrogant in one's claims or beliefs: And pursue not that of which thou hast no knowledge; for every act of hearing, or of seeing or of (feeling in) the heart will be inquired into (on the Day of Reckoning)." Islam doesn't actually have any commandments per say, but this is the 10th precept. (reference)

There were 10 plagues of Eqypt and the tenth plague, was the death of the first-born sons of the families of Egypt. The Torah describes the Angel of Death as actually passing through Egypt to kill all firstborn. There are said to be Ten Lost Tribes of Israel. (reference)

There are Ten Sephirot in the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Sephirot are the 10 attributes that God created through which he can manifest not only in the physical but the metaphysical universe. The 10th Sephirot is Malkuth which some how related to the 10 the suit in each of the suits of the Tarot. Malkuth ("kingdom"; מלכות), or Shekhinah is the tenth of the sephirot in the Kabbalistic Tree of Life.

It started with a movie...

It started one night when I watched the movie The Number 23, a pretty interesting movie. If you haven't seen the movie, then you won't understand my obsession with the number 10. I started wondering about Numerology , (the links are to wikipedia for reference). I started to wonder what my spiritually significant number was, and i started calculating the numbers of myself and of my family. The number 10 came up way to many times. Thats where it starts to get strange.
